Born to lead?

The Asia Pacific Future Leaders Programme

Preparing future leaders for tomorrow’s challenges…

Do you have what it takes?

A global mind-set is required for this programme. You could be relocated in Singapore, Thailand, China or Australia – each with their own culture, traditions and language so you’ll need to be up for the challenge! You’ll face real, complex projects which might take you out of your comfort zone. But it is sure to be rewarding: you’ll meet inspiring people and learn more about what it takes to lead at Linde. It’s a life experience you’ll never forget. You’ll have to adapt, stay on top and believe in yourself. But of course, we’re behind you every step of the way.

What lies ahead for you?

Over the space of two years, you will build a solid foundation of how our business works. You’ll learn about business & strategy, cross-cultural communication and collaboration and of course, leadership. We’ll help you identify development needs as well as competencies so you can accelerate through the roles and assignments that you’ll face. With a Senior Manager as a mentor, you’ll always get support if and when you need it.

Getting the most out of the experience

  • Challenge yourself: push your own boundaries as you face demanding business assignments.
  • See the world: get to know new cultures, traditions and practices by working abroad.
  • Hone your skills: mentoring and individually tailored training will bring out your best.
  • Make connections: connect with other graduates and employees to establish a network for the future.
  • Taste the future: the first 24 months is just the beginning – a leading career awaits you afterwards.

Who we’re looking for

  • We’re primarily looking for Chemical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineers or graduates from the Accounting and Finance sectors
  • We ask for some experience in Process Engineering, Process Control and Project Management as well as between 3 to 5 years working experience.
  • You should have a global mind-set and the willingness to relocate within the region.
